Precision Components.
Configured for Your Line.
Extrusion dies, extruder units, cooling water tanks, and haul-off units -- individually sourced or as a complete set, tailored to your material, product dimensions, output target, and local electrical standards.
Four Core Components.
Every Line Covered.
Whether you need a single replacement component or a fully configured line, each unit is matched to your product specifications and production environment.
Extrusion Dies
Precision-machined die heads that shape molten material into your target tube, straw, or profile geometry. Available in single-layer and multi-layer configurations, calibrated to your OD/ID and wall thickness requirements.
Extruder Units
Single-screw extruders sized to your material viscosity, output rate, and screw diameter. Drive system, barrel heating zones, and screw geometry configured to your specific resin and production volume.
Cooling Water Tanks
Vacuum or spray cooling tanks that stabilize your extrudate to final dimensions. Length, water circulation method, and vacuum level configured to your product diameter and line speed.
Haul-Off Units
Caterpillar or belt haul-off units that pull the cooled extrudate at a consistent, controlled speed. Grip force, belt width, and drive speed range configured to your product and line output.

From Raw Steel to
Production-Ready Component.
Each component goes through a defined manufacturing sequence at our partner factories, with documented checkpoints at every stage.
Specification Review
Your product drawings, material data sheets, and output requirements are reviewed. Component parameters -- geometry, tolerances, material grade -- are locked before machining begins.

Raw Material Procurement
Tool steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and mechanical components are sourced from qualified suppliers. Material certificates are retained for traceability.
Die Steel · Barrel Alloy · Stainless Tank Sheet · Drive Components
CNC Machining & Fabrication
Die bores, screw profiles, barrel bores, and structural frames are machined to drawing tolerances on CNC lathes and machining centres. Critical dimensions are verified at each setup.
CNC Turning · Milling · Grinding · Welding & Forming
Surface Treatment & Assembly
Nitriding, hard chrome, or polishing applied per specification. Components are assembled, aligned, and torqued to drawing. Electrical and drive systems are wired and labelled.
Nitriding · Hard Chrome · Assembly · Wiring
Functional Trial Run
Each assembled unit undergoes a functional test run with representative material or equivalent load. Output, temperature uniformity, dimensional output, and drive performance are recorded.
Trial Extrusion · Dimensional Check · Drive Performance Log
Inspection, Packing & Dispatch
Final dimensional and visual inspection is completed. Components are packed in export-grade crating with anti-corrosion protection, labelled, and dispatched with full documentation.

Control Points at
Every Critical Stage.
Quality is verified at defined checkpoints throughout the manufacturing sequence, not only at the end. Problems are caught and corrected before the next stage begins.
Incoming Material
Raw Material Verification
Incoming tool steel, alloy steel, and mechanical components are checked against material certificates. Hardness, grade, and dimensional stock are verified before any machining begins.
- Material certificate review
- Hardness spot-check
- Dimensional stock verification
In-Process Machining
Dimensional Check at Each Setup
Critical dimensions -- die bore, land length, screw OD, barrel bore -- are measured after each CNC setup. Out-of-tolerance parts are flagged and re-machined before the next operation.
- Bore diameter & roundness
- Surface finish (Ra)
- Thread form & fit
Heat Treatment
Post-Treatment Hardness Verification
After nitriding or hard chrome treatment, surface hardness is measured at multiple points. Coating adhesion and uniformity are visually and instrumentally confirmed.
- Rockwell / Vickers hardness
- Coating thickness (chrome)
- Visual adhesion check
Sub-Assembly
Fit, Alignment & Torque Check
Assembled sub-units -- screw-in-barrel, die components, tank seals -- are checked for concentricity, alignment, and correct fastener torque before integration into the full unit.
- Screw / barrel concentricity
- Seal integrity
- Fastener torque log
Electrical & Drive System
Wiring & Drive Commissioning
Electrical wiring is inspected for correct routing, labelling, and insulation. Drive systems are run unloaded to verify speed range, direction, and control response before trial extrusion.
- Wiring continuity & insulation
- Drive direction & speed range
- Thermocouple calibration
Trial Run
Functional Performance Verification
The assembled unit is run with representative material or equivalent load. Output rate, temperature uniformity, dimensional output, and drive stability are recorded and compared to specification.
- Output rate vs. target
- Temperature zone stability
- Dimensional product output
Confirming Quality
Before It Leaves the Factory.
Before packing and shipment, every component and assembled line undergoes a structured final inspection covering dimensional accuracy, functional performance, and visual/appearance quality.
Dimensional Accuracy
Final dimensions are measured against approved drawings using calibrated instruments. Key dimensions -- die bore, screw OD, tank internal width, belt contact width -- are recorded in the inspection report.
- Die bore & land length vs. drawing
- Screw OD & pitch tolerance
- Tank internal dimensions
- Haul-off belt width & contact area
- Flatness & perpendicularity of mating faces
Functional Performance
Each unit is run under load conditions representative of your production environment. Performance data -- output rate, temperature stability, speed range, vacuum level -- is logged and provided to you before shipment.
- Trial extrusion with target or equivalent material
- Temperature zone stability & uniformity
- Output rate vs. specified target
- Vacuum level & water seal integrity (tanks)
- Drive speed range & control response (haul-off)
Visual & Appearance Quality
Machined and assembled surfaces are inspected under controlled lighting for finish quality, coating uniformity, and freedom from defects. Weld seams, painted surfaces, and polished bores are individually assessed.
- Polished bore surfaces -- no tool marks or pitting
- Chrome / nitrided surfaces -- uniform, no flaking
- Weld seams -- smooth, no porosity or undercut
- Painted / powder-coated frames -- even colour, no runs
- Label placement, wiring harness routing & tie-down
