Tube geometry & intended use
Specify OD, ID or wall thickness, tube length, dimensional tolerances and the intended medical application. Single-lumen, multi-lumen and specialized profiles are assessed individually.
TPU grade & preparation
Provide the resin brand, grade, data sheet and supplier instructions for drying and processing. Drying, feeding and handling equipment are selected according to those requirements.
Material suitability and finished-product requirements are confirmed for the actual application; the equipment itself does not certify the tubing for medical use.

Review the cooling and sizing arrangement, haul-off setup and synchronization requirements for the tube geometry and dimensional targets.
04 · Inspection & take-up
Choose agreed inspection options and continuous winding or cut-to-length handling. Online measurement and feedback control are included only if specified.

Output and the applicable tube-size range are confirmed for the TPU grade and tube design. Positioning accuracy is an equipment parameter, not a finished-tube dimensional tolerance. After-Sales Service & Warranty
The equipment is covered by a one-year warranty from the date the customer receives it. During the warranty period, replacement screws, barrels, motors and frequency inverters are provided free of charge for failures confirmed to result from material or manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, routine replacement of wear parts, and damage caused by improper operation are excluded from free warranty coverage.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international shipping costs for replacement parts are borne by the customer. Whether defective parts need to be returned, the return method and related costs must be confirmed before shipment. Please do not return parts or equipment without prior confirmation.
Long-term spare parts supply and technical consultation remain available after the warranty expires. Charges for parts and other services outside the free warranty coverage are confirmed separately.

Should I choose the 45 model or the 50 model?
The model is selected according to your custom tube dimensions, TPU grade and production target. Share the required OD, ID or wall thickness and complete size range. The 45 model has a 45 mm single screw, a stated maximum extrusion diameter of 8 mm and a reference capacity of 30 kg/h. Request the separate 50 model parameters for comparison; the final configuration is confirmed against your requirements.
What information is needed to configure a TPU medical tubing line?
Provide the TPU brand and grade, technical data sheet, tube drawing, OD, ID or wall thickness, dimensional tolerances, output target and cutting or winding requirements. Include site utilities and any project documentation requirements.
Can one line produce different tube sizes?
Size changes depend on the agreed product range, tooling and downstream setup. Share the full size list so the required die components, cooling arrangement, traction and take-up changes can be confirmed. The changeover method is specified for the actual configuration.
How are tube tolerances confirmed?
Define the dimensions, tolerance limits, measurement method, sampling plan and trial conditions in advance. The equipment proposal and trial results should refer to the same material grade and reference tube.
Does the line include online diameter measurement?
Only when it is listed in the quotation. Discuss measurement coverage, accuracy requirements, data recording and any feedback-control functions separately. Do not assume that every line includes the same inspection equipment.
Can you supply single-lumen or multi-lumen tubing equipment?
Submit the required cross-section and dimensions for assessment. Single-lumen, multi-lumen and other specialized constructions require separate tooling and process review; availability is confirmed for the specific design.
Should I choose winding or cut-to-length collection?
Specify whether you need continuous tubing on reels or tubing cut to an agreed length. Take-up tension, reel requirements, cut quality and interfaces are reviewed against your product and downstream process.
Does the machine certify the finished tubing for medical use?
No. Equipment selection alone does not establish the finished tubing’s medical suitability or certification. Material suitability, product testing and any required process validation must be defined for the actual application.
