What details help us configure an extrusion line?
Send the product type, raw material, dimensions, tolerances, target output, site voltage and destination country. Include a drawing or sample photo where available.
Can one extrusion line make different tube diameters?
The size range depends on tooling, cooling, haul-off and cutting equipment. Nearby sizes may use interchangeable tooling inserts, while larger changes can require a different die or line configuration. Share the full range for assessment.
Can I review a trial run before shipment?
Yes. For complete extrusion lines, pre-shipment trial runs can be reviewed through operating videos and agreed product samples. The test material, dimensions and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in advance.
Do you provide overseas installation and training?
For complete extrusion lines, experienced engineers can provide overseas on-site installation, commissioning and hands-on operator training. Individual components do not include on-site commissioning.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
The warranty runs from receipt of the equipment and covers confirmed material or manufacturing defects under the agreed conditions. Normal wear, misuse and some shipping or service costs are excluded. View warranty coverage and conditions.
Can I buy a single extruder, die or line component?
Yes. Extruders, dies, cooling tanks and haul-off units can be supplied separately. Please provide drawings, interface dimensions or equipment details for compatibility review; on-site installation is not included for standalone units.
