Voltage & Electrical Standards
Configured to your local voltage (220V/380V/415V/460V) and frequency (50Hz/60Hz). Suitable for all major export markets.
Color & Appearance Options
Color masterbatch feeding system available. Transparent, translucent, or opaque tube options supported based on your product requirements.
Need a non-standard configuration?
OEM / ODM custom cooperation is available. Tell us your requirements and we will coordinate a tailored solution.
From Raw Resin
to Finished Tube.
A complete small tube extrusion line integrates multiple precision stages. Here is the standard production sequence for dip tube and pen refill tube lines.
Material Feeding & Drying
Resin pellets are loaded into the hopper. A dehumidifying dryer removes moisture to prevent bubble defects in the finished tube.
Extrusion & Plasticizing
The single-screw extruder melts and homogenizes the resin under precise temperature and pressure. Screw geometry is matched to the material.
Die Head & Tube Forming
Molten resin passes through a precision die head that shapes the tube's OD and ID. Die geometry is customized to your target dimensions.
Cooling & Sizing
The tube passes through a vacuum sizing tank and water cooling trough. This stage locks in the final OD and wall thickness with tight tolerances.
Haul-off, Cutting & Collecting
A servo-driven haul-off unit controls line speed. A rotary or planetary cutter cuts tubes to your specified length. Finished tubes are collected and stacked automatically.
Optional Add-on Modules
Depending on your product requirements, the line can be extended with: color masterbatch dosing unit, online diameter gauge, automatic bundling or bagging unit, and printing unit for length or brand marking.
Built-In Quality
at Every Stage.
Quality control is integrated throughout the production process -- not just at the end. Here are the key checkpoints we apply during equipment configuration, trial run, and production.
Pre-Production Spec Review
- Customer spec sheet verified against die and screw design before production
- Material compatibility confirmed with extruder barrel and temperature profiles
- Electrical configuration verified against customer's local voltage/frequency
In-Process Dimensional Check
- Online OD measurement during trial run using digital micrometer or laser gauge
- Wall thickness uniformity checked at multiple cross-section points
- Cut length accuracy verified against customer's specified tolerance
- Straightness checked on a flat surface reference plate
Trial Run & Sample Confirmation
- Full trial run conducted at partner factory before shipment
- Sample tubes produced and measured -- results shared with customer
- Customer approves samples before line is packed for export
- Video of running line available for remote customer review
Equipment Assembly Inspection
- All major components inspected before assembly: extruder, die head, vacuum tank, haul-off, cutter
- Electrical cabinet wiring and safety protection verified
- Temperature control accuracy tested across all heating zones
Pre-Shipment Inspection
- Complete line tested and running before disassembly for export packing
- Export packaging inspected for transport safety -- anti-rust treatment, foam protection, wooden crate
- Packing list, technical documents, and spare parts confirmed before container loading
Post-Installation Support
- Remote or on-site commissioning guidance to verify line performance after installation
- Operator training on process parameters, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
- Technical support available for production quality issues after startup
You Confirm Quality
Before We Ship.
Before the line leaves our partner factory, we conduct a structured final product and appearance quality confirmation -- and share full results with you for approval.
Dimensional & Functional Confirmation
OD / ID Measurement
Sample tubes measured with a digital micrometer or laser gauge. OD and ID values recorded and compared against your approved spec sheet.
Cut Length Accuracy
Multiple tubes measured for length consistency. Cut tolerance verified against your specified allowance (e.g., ±0.5mm or ±1mm).
Straightness & Roundness
Tubes checked on a flat reference plate for straightness. Cross-section roundness verified -- critical for pen refill tube fit into cartridge housing and dip tube insertion into pump heads.
Fit Test with Customer's Component
Where possible, sample tubes are tested for fit with a customer-supplied pump head, sprayer, or pen cartridge housing to confirm functional compatibility before shipment.
Appearance Quality Confirmation
Surface Smoothness
Tube outer surface inspected for roughness, die lines, or melt fracture. Inner bore checked for smoothness -- critical for ink flow in pen refill tubes.
Transparency & Clarity
For transparent or translucent tube products, clarity and haze level are visually assessed. Bubbles, cloudiness, or black specks are rejection criteria.
Color Consistency
For colored tubes, color uniformity along the tube length and batch-to-batch consistency are verified against your approved color standard or Pantone reference.
Cut End Quality
Both cut ends inspected for burrs, deformation, or angled cuts. Clean, square ends are required for proper assembly into pump heads, sprayers, and pen cartridge housings.
How We Share Results With You
Measurement data, photos of sample tubes, and a short video of the running line are sent to you via email or WhatsApp. You review and confirm -- or request adjustments -- before we proceed to export packing.
